Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order on the official Runhood website, we offer a full refund for orders that have not yet been shipped (usually within two business days). Please note that your payment method (bank/PayPal etc.) may charge a transaction fee. Please ask your payment provider for confirmation.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact our email for assistance. However, we do not offer compensation for losses resulting from canceling crowdfunding or pre-sale orders, including but not limited to principal, interest, exchange rates and opportunity costs. By participating in crowdfunding or pre-sale orders, you agree to assume such losses that may result from the cancellation of such orders.
Replacement
Runhood will replace (at Runhood's expense) any Runhood product that fails to function during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or materials. A replacement product will assume the remaining warranty card of the original product.
Limited to the original purchaser
Runhood's product warranty is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner.

Refund Policy
Runhood offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on merchandise purchased directly from Runhood.com. We're sure you'll love your new Runhood product. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, just let us know within 30 days. Once we have received the product and confirmed its validity, we will refund you the full purchase price.

If the customer requests a return or exchange within 30 days of purchasing the product for reasons not related to quality, the corresponding logistics costs (including but not limited to freight, taxes and customs clearance fees) will be borne by the customer. Customers may contact Runhood Customer Service to obtain a quote for return shipping costs. The relevant logistics costs will depend on the region in which the consumer submits the product.

Return and refund conditions
Please read the following conditions carefully. If the conditions are not met, Runhood reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Runhood does not allow the return of the following products and does not offer refunds:
- Products purchased from a third party vendor.
- Any returned item must not be an open box product.
- Any returned item must be returned with product manuals, cables and all accessories. We will not accept returns if the product is damaged or missing accessories.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs or other fees associated with transporting the product to our facility.
- Runhood is not responsible for lost or damaged products.
How to return an item
To return an item, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Runhood will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can obtain an RMA form by contacting us by phone or email.
Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the return shipping label of each package returned to Runhood. Do not write the RMA number on the box itself. Packages without an RMA number on the return label cannot be accepted by our warehouse.
